A motion to approve the annual report, as submitted, passed unanimously.

The capital request from the Library for $15,000 for a fence to border the Mill River was discussed.  It was decided that Bill would request that the Library obtain more detail on possible outside funding, a bid for the cost of a chain link fence in order to evaluate the difference between the two, and bids for the cost of painting and installing the wrought iron fence that has been purchased.
