A Joint Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 PM on Monday, August 26th, 2013 in the Williamsburg Town Offices, 141 Main St., Haydenville, MA to consider the following:  The application of Diversified Construction of 100 University Drive, Amherst, MA for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review, as required by Section 9.30.2 and Section 6  of the Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Williamsburg, to Construct a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation and associated equipment and site improvements at 67 Kellogg Road identified on Assessors Map 7G Parcels 47 & 44.
